Merchandise returns get you down? Not at Hangers R’ Us, Inc.; we make it easy! In the unlikely event that you need to return a purchased item, we will accept any return item within 30 days of purchasefor a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange.To authorize a return, please contact our support department below or send us an email here. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. QualityHangers.com and Hangers R’ Us, Inc.; can decide to not accept a return if the condition of the purchased item/s is deemed as used. Damaged items may not be returned unless damage was caused by shipping or manufacturer defects. Acceptable items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items sold as Daily Deal Specials, Close-outs, Discontinued,Sale, Custom and Personalized itemsare not returnable.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS
To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Returns will be credited back to your original credit card.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a full refund. Please allow up to 7 days after we receive item for your refund to be processed.
BACK ORDERS:
Any item not in stock at time of original shipment will be shipped as soon as possible. We will notify you if this occurs. If you choose to wait for a back-ordered item you will have 30 days to request a credit return, from the date of us shipping the back-ordered item to you. Separate shipping charges will be billed for each shipment.
DAMAGES DURING SHIP:
The carrier is responsible for damage in transit.
1. UPS or FEDEX: If you discover damage after opening package, call UPS or FEDEX for an inspection. Save all packing materials. Do not return package to us yourself.
2. Common Carrier damage: Inspect all merchandise before driver leaves. Note all damages on both your copy and driver's copy of freight claim with the carrier.
3. Take pictures, preserve and document all damage.
4. Concealed damages: After opening package, call carrier immediately for inspection. Save all packing materials. If carrier does not respond within 10 days, contact Hangers R’ Us, Inc.; Customer Service Department for assistance. It is important to open all cartons immediately to be eligible to file a freight claim.
5. Notify us by email of the damage claim.

We make every effort to ship all orders received and processed before 1:00 PM CST Local Time the same day.
LOWEST FREIGHT COST
We have negotiated aggressive discount shipping rates with common carriers which are passed on to you. When possible we take the extra step to strap cartons together to save freight costs. When you place your order we can tell you what the shipping cost will be. Not like our competitors that don’t do that.
We ship through FedEx, USPS and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the # of packages and total weight of what we ship to you and the distance from our nearest warehouse to your location.
RUSH DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE
For an extra charge we can arrange rush delivery to most addresses. We must receive your order before 1:00 PM CST Monday - Friday to ensure that your order rush ships as you requested. You will then receive your order based upon the rush service you choose.
National holidays are treated the same as non-business days. Please take this into consideration, especially around heavy gift-giving time. Rush delivery is not available for items to be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States and APO locations.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders that can be shipped to a foreign country are subject to taxes and or duty charges and are paid by the recipient of the package(s). Shipping alternatives vary by country. All shipping charges made to an international address are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping to foreign countries is determined based upon the country in question.
